Yup. It’s that time of year.

I’d like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!

And remember…not everyone gets to celebrate a day that may or may not even deserve a celebration. I’d like to think that we’ve co-opted this holiday from its genocide-tinged origins, and have gone on to make it a more meaningful day where we remember what is REALLY, TRULY important in life. Yes, we all get to enjoy so great food, great friends. and great (or miserable) time with family…but we should also take the time to think about how lucky we are to be capable of celebrating in the first place.
