The reviews are coming in...

You deliver so many more twists than the reader expects that I found myself gasping several times when a new chapter started.

Over the years I've had the chance to show off many projects that I've worked on. There's always a bit of nervousness in those first moments when your creation first has eyes on it that are not your own. It's out there exposed and awaiting judgment. They say it's like being naked in front of the world, but I think actually being naked might not be as bad as sharing your work!

My first novel "The Maximilian Emancipation" was unleashed to the world last week. So far I can say that I have sold a total of 20 books! That's not bad, considering that I have no powerhouse marketing being me. I still have a long way to go to get the word out, and much of that has to do with those initial reactions to the book-- those 20 readers will determine how well this book will sell in the future...that is, if they leave reviews, share links and the site, and tell their friends-- time travel evangelists!

Speaking of reviews, I have one to share. This is the first review I got of the book, 1 week before I released it. So far I have heard some very good things about the book, but this review...I am still riding the fumes of this one:

"I. FUCKING. LOVE. THIS. BOOK. And I'm a tough audience; I rarely finish anything because almost nothing meets my standards. I've been super busy at work, but I couldn't wait every day to be able to get back into the world of this story and find out what would happen next. I'm not kidding, I think you're going to have a bestseller and a movie deal in no time. You're extremely skilled at creating each of the different world/times, and in general, the characters are well defined ..., but the premise is the star here, and it does not disappoint. You deliver so many more twists than the reader expects that I found myself gasping several times when a new chapter started. Bravo."

Now what sane person is not going to love THAT review?!

I will be sharing more as they come, and hopefully they come soon!
